LiveGrey stands behind the quality of its products and aims to provide a fair and consistent return experience.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Unused goods, as determined solely by Grey, may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a like item within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items must be in original condition, unused, unaltered, and returned with original packaging when applicable.
Non-Eligible Items
Items that show signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, or are otherwise deemed not unused by Grey are not eligible for return or exchange. Certain items may be designated as final sale and are not eligible unless required by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after inspection and acceptance of the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to item availability. If a like item is unavailable, a refund may be issued at Grey’s discretion.
